Making A Purchase

Our goal is to make you purchasing experience effortless and enjoyable. Simply browse any of our traction catalogs, including tracks, studs and carbides. Click on the items you are interested in, and then click "Add to cart". You can add as many different items as you want to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selections click on the shopping cart icon and select "Checkout". Once in the checkout you'll be asked to fill out your shipping and billing information before finalizing your order and submitting payment.

We accept payments with all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

Canceling Your Order

In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order with us or change an item after your order has been placed, please be aware that in some situations an item has to be ordered from our distributors. Once your item has processed and shipped to us from the manufacturer or distributor, there is no stopping it! Cancellation of an item or order at this point will be subject to the above return policy.

Delivery Schedule

Once an order is placed, it is processed promptly by our ordering coordinators. Delivery times upon checkout are not exact and used as an estimate for delivery. Backorders, weather delays, and other forces of nature have an influence on delivery times.


If an item from your order is not in stock or readily available from the manufacturer, we will place it on backorder. For any back ordered items, we will contact you through phone or email letting you know expected release dates and shipment options. You will then have the option to cancel the back ordered item(s) or wait until it becomes available. Backorder cancellations are an option for most parts. Any parts that have been received at Snowmobile Track Warehouse, but are requesting to be canceled off your order are subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer or contact us for assistance.

Please note warranty processing may take 4-8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer's policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.

Snowmobile Track Warehouse does not offer any warranty beyond the manufacturers warranty. Any approval or denial of a warranty claim is done at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.

Hazardous Materials

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship any "hazardous materials", this includes batteries with acid, oils, or paint. While these products are still listed on the website as available, we will not be able to fulfill these on your order. In the event that you do order a hazardous material we will contact you by phone to notify you before cancelling the product.


All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Electrical items, decals, emblems, and stickers are not returnable. All return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item. Any return received without original packaging, part number or any writing on the box will be refused and returned to the customer. Snowmobile Track Warehouse is not responsible for return shipping fees. Freight Shipping

Shipping costs are an estimate based on weight and dimensions provided by the manufacturers. Oversized parts such as ATV fenders, snowmobile hoods, and UTV body parts may be subject to freight shipping charges. If additional freight charges apply after an order is placed, you will be contacted by our support team to discuss shipping options. Any order required to ship freight will be placed on hold. We will make two attempts to contact you regarding any additional freight costs. If no response is received after the second contact attempt, the order will be canceled.

International Orders

Snowmobile Track Warehouse will ship to the U.S. and Canada. We do sell or ship to any other countries. For Canadian customers please note the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reached your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Any and all orders abandoned or refused delivery forfeit refund.

Prices subject to change due to interchanged part numbers in the event that this happens we will contact you prior to shipping.
